Young Eagles Terms and Conditions
As a YOUNG EAGLE APPLICANT
- I understand that the Young Eagles programme includes flight experiences with qualified flight instructors and licenced pilots, and other aviation-related activities. These activities are run in accordance with CAA rules and regulations.
- I certify that I wish to participate in the programme.
- I certify that I am of good health, to the standard of the CAA Class 2 medical examination and I am physically capable of controlling an aircraft.
- I agree not to hold the North Shore Aero Club Inc. or any of its representatives or employees, or any other party involved in providing the Young Eagles programme liable/responsible for any personal injury or damage which may result from the candidate’s participation in any part of the Young Eagles programme.
- I understand that images/photos of myself may be used in social media and the public domain, and I consent to their use.
As a PARENT/GUARDIAN
- I understand that the Young Eagles programme includes flight experiences with qualified flight instructors and licenced pilots, and other aviation-related activities. These activities are run in accordance with CAA rules and regulations.
- I certify that I am the candidate’s legal guardian and I give him/her permission to participate in the programme.
- I certify that the candidate is of good health to the standard of the CAA Class 2 medical examination and is physically capable of controlling an aircraft.
- I understand that images/photos of the Young Eagle may be used in social media and the public domain, and I consent to their use.
- I agree to not hold the North Shore Aero Club Inc or any of its representatives or employees, or any other party involved in providing the Young Eagles programme liable/responsible for any personal injury or damage which may result from the candidate’s participation in any part of the YE programme.
