Thinking of Aviation as a career? An Instructor rating is a good way to build your experience.

Eligibility and Requirements for a ‘C’ Category Instructor Rating:

• Minimum Commercial Pilots Licence
• Class 1 medical certificate
• 25 Hours dual Instructor training
• 150 Hours Pilot in Command

Training:

The Aero Club runs a ‘C’ Category Instructors Course once a year. This includes a 4 week full time theory course. The flight training involved can be done on a full or part time basis depending on the individual.
